Return & Refund Policy

At T-ESUS, every item is made to order. This means your product is created especially for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, accidental orders, or change of mind.

Please check the size guide, product details, colour, design, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We will always make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item.

To request help, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • a clear description of the issue

  • clear photos of the item

  • photos of the packaging, where relevant

If the issue is approved, we may offer a replacement, reprint, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • ordering the wrong size

  • changing your mind

  • buyer’s remorse

  • accidental purchases

  • entering the wrong shipping address

  • delays caused by the courier after dispatch

  • minor colour differences between screen display and the final printed product

  • normal print placement variation within production tolerance

  • items that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used

Sizing

Please check the size guide before ordering. Our products are made to order, so we cannot offer refunds or free exchanges if the wrong size is selected.

Shipping Address Issues

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, we may offer a reshipment at the customer’s expense.

Lost or Delayed Orders

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are handled by the courier. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will investigate.

If an order is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.

Returns

Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or refunded.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

Because orders are made to order, cancellations are only possible before production begins. Once production has started, the order cannot usually be cancelled.
