At T-ESUS, our products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, then shipped by our production and fulfilment partner.

Order Processing and Production
Most products are made to order and require production time before they are shipped.
Production usually takes around 2–5 business days, but this may vary depending on the product, order volume, fulfilment location, stock availability, and seasonal demand.
Shipping time begins after your order has been produced and handed to the carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is calculated as:
Production time + shipping time = estimated delivery time
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Locations
We ship to available destinations supported by our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers.
Some countries or regions may not be available due to carrier limitations, legal restrictions, or fulfilment restrictions.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on:

Free US Shipping
We may offer free shipping to the United States on orders over a stated minimum order value.
If your order qualifies, the free shipping option will be shown at checkout.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, handling fees, or other charges required by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by T-ESUS.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is delayed, returned, lost, or undeliverable because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or refused, additional shipping costs may apply.
If the order needs to be reshipped, the customer may be responsible for the reshipping cost.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout where tracking is available.
Please allow time for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
We do not automatically refund orders that are still in transit, but if an order is confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the case.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may arrive in separate packages. This can happen if items are fulfilled from different locations or produced separately.
If your order arrives in more than one shipment, you may receive separate tracking details.
Returns
Please do not return items to the sender address on the parcel unless we have specifically instructed you to do so.
